- Hello, My name is Scott Smith, I live in West Valley City, Utah. I am really just a working dude that enjoys my family time, Vacations to tropical paradises and spending some time on the sand. But along with fun and work, everyone needs a hobby. Mine happens to be Turbo charged sandrails. Our car is completely homemade. As you can see, it is a long process just to make changes....
